Las Terrazas de Dana Boutique Lodge & Spa, located in the heart of Mindo’s Cloud Forest, Ecuador, invites you to experience all-inclusive travel programs where luxury meets nature.

Day 1:
The tour begins with pick-up from your hotel in Quito, and along the way, you will visit the Middle of the World, the Intiñan Museum, Pululahua Viewpoint, and «Los Armadillos» Hummingbird Garden. After lunch, we will visit another hummingbird garden in Mindo, followed by a visit to a local chocolate factory where you’ll learn about the chocolate-making process and enjoy a tasting. We end the day at a wonderful boutique lodge for a relaxing experience.
Day 2:
After breakfast, a naturalist guide will take you across the Nambillo River Valley on the Tarabita (cable car) and begin a hike through the Mindo Cloud Forest Waterfall Sanctuary, where you can enjoy stunning views and observe various waterfalls. Then, visit the butterfly house, where you’ll see over 1,000 butterflies. Finally, we check out and head back to Quito or the airport.

3D/2N Chocó Andino Birding Tour Program
Day 1 – Zuro Loma Reserve:
AM: Pickup at 6:00 AM from your hotel in Quito or the airport. We will embark on a journey to the Zuro Loma Reserve, a prime bird watching destination.
PM: Lunch at a local restaurant while heading to Las Terrazas de Dana Boutique Lodge & Spa. Along the way, there will be opportunities to make strategic stops at bird feeders.
Day 2 – Silanche and Milpe Reserves:
AM: Breakfast and departure for the Comedero Frutal Tour in the Silanche area, known for its rich biodiversity. Here, you will be able to observe various bird species while enjoying the tranquility of the tropical rainforest.
PM: Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to Milpe Reserve, one of the best birdwatching spots in Ecuador, home to over 400 species.
Day 3 – Santa Rosa Feeder:
AM: Visit to Comedero Santa Rosa, an excellent spot for birdwatching, especially for observing hummingbirds and other tropical species.
PM: Return to Quito or the airport to conclude the tour.
